(FAQ 19) - How do I change the State Name in the top of the main window to my State?

How do I change the State Name in the top of the main window to my State?
To change to the State you want, click the red ticket iconon the toolbar and open the print Slip window.  From there you can pick the State for your area from the drop-down list at the bottom.  Actually, the States are just for printing purposes only and have no other effect on the program.
