The current version of The Lottery Picker© works on all flavors of Windows XP SP3, Windows 7, and Windows Vista.  Also, all know versions of the .NET Framework are compatible back to Windows SP3.

Currently, the current version of The Lottery Picker© works on version 2.0 - 3.5 of the .NET Framework.  All these versions of the .NET Framework will successfully install and run backwards to Windows XP SP3. 

The upcoming version of the .NET Framework (Version 4.0) due out March 22nd 2010 will also work on Windows XP SP3 on both x86 & x64 flavors.

To sum it up, there are no future plans that I can see to phase out support for Windows XP SP3.  However,  I cannot guarantee you that sometime in the future Microsoft will not phase out support for the Windows XP operating system in the .NET Framework as technology presses forward.  In fact I would expect them to.  But as far as I can see, they have no plans to do so being how the newest version due out (.NET Framework 4.0) still supports XP.

You can look up the different versions of .NET Framework and their system requirements which, will be the same requirements that The Lottery Picker© will have, according to which version of the .NET Framework The Lottery Picker© is currently running on.
