5 Steps To a Successful installation:

  2. Make sure you have Internet Explorer 5.01 or later installed. Install Internet Explorer 6.0 Service Pack 1.  Visit Windows Update.
  3. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET FrameWork 1.1.4322 installed.  Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1.4322:  (23.7MB download) (Comes With The CD Version) Please NOTE: the .NET version 1.1 as listed by Microsoft is the same as version 1.1.4322. Microsoft does not list the minor revisions.
     (let it install completely) visit Windows Update.

  4. REBOOT

  5. Install and register The Lottery Picker © (registration code comes with program)
