You want to check out using a Credit or Debit Card on PayPal

I've made four easy steps below with screenshots.  You can follow these steps to use any card you like without the need for creating a PayPal account.  This is called "guest checkout".

 

They have made the GUEST checkout buttons gray.

 

FIRST, BE AWARE THAT YOU CANNOT CHECKOUT AS A GUEST USING A PAYPAL REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS.

 

DELETE ALL YOUR COOKIES FROM YOUR BROWSER BEFORE YOU START SO THAT PAYPAL DOES NOT RECOGNIZE YOUR EMAIL.

 

Follow steps 1-4

 

Step 1: Look for the GRAY button and click it.

Step 2: DO NOT ENTER AN EMAIL HERE.
Look for the white button and click it.

Step 3: Enter one of your eMail addresses that is NOT associated with PayPal
Once you enter your email, click the blue "BUTTON".  DO NOT CLICK THE BOTTOM LINK "Log in".

Step 4: Enter your card and address information.
NOTE: If you do not want to created a new PayPal account, UN-CHECK the BLUE button under the ZIP code box.

When you UN-CHECK the blue button in the circle above, the text on the Blue Button changes to "Pay now as guest" .

If PayPal still takes you to a login page, you will have to CLOSE YOUR BROWSER, DELETE YOUR COOKIES, AND START ALL OVER AND use a "non-registered-PayPal-email" address.

NOTE: If they detect your email is registered with them, you will be asked to login to your account.
