Privacy is of utmost importance to McCracken Software. Below is information about McCracken Software's commitment to protect site users' privacy and to guard against unlawful use of personal data.

(1a) Log Files
McCracken Software logs IP addresses to track and monitor traffic patterns on the web site and to facilitate the diagnosis of potential server and/or web site problems. Information collected includes the web site from which the user is referred and pages viewed. These logs are not used to track or monitor personal information that would identify a user.

In the event McCracken Software goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users' personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. (4a) Personal Information
In an attempt to reduce unauthorized exposure of our programs.  The Lottery Picker(c) periodically undergoes serial number changes.  McCracken Software maintains records containing information provided by users' when ordering our products. such as shipping address, eMail address, Phone numbers, IP address, Host address, and other identifiable information  This information is kept on file for verification of ownership purposes in the event our software undergoes Serial Number Changes or users request to transfer to another computer.  This information will allow Registered users' to submit certain information that will be compared to out database before the new Serial Number can be distributed.

McCracken Software will never sell, give, or intentionally expose a users personal information such as eMail address to any third parties except those related in business transaction such as when a user is buying our products or as stated in the section (3a) above, or only to our staff and to our immediate agents.

(5a) Financial Information
https://www.PayPal.com processes all of McCracken Software online orders paid via electronic means such credit cards, and bank transfers.  McCracken Software does not have access to, nor ever sees a users' financial information such as credit card numbers, bank account numbers, and passwords used in a PayPal payment process.

(6a) Privacy Policy
By using our Site, you agree to this Policy.
